Betting Rules
4.1 A bet can only be placed by a registered user.
4.2 A bet can only be placed on the website or by phone.
4.3 A bet can only be placed by a user if he/she has sufficient funds in his account with WINunited.
4.4 The bet, once concluded, will be governed by the version of Terms and Conditions valid at the time of the bet being accepted.
4.5 A bet is deemed to have been placed as soon as confirmation of the acceptance of the betting offer is received from WINunited. Where several bets are placed by the user, these will be processed in the order they are received.
4.6 The user affirms that at the time he/she placed a bet/s he/she had no knowledge as to the outcome of the respective events. A customer is not allowed to bet on events where he/she is directly involved or has access to insider. Where there is a suspicion of a violation of this rule, WINunited retains the right to void the bet and refuse to withdrawal winnings. It also retains the right to take any further action to protect its legitimate interests and to comply with other laws and regulations.
4.7 WINunited retains the right to decline to accept bets without providing any reason.
4.8 The minimum stake per bet is €0,50 (fifty Euro cents).
4.9 The list of all the bets, their status and further details is available to the user on the website.
4.10 WINunited retains the right to declare all bets on an event/s invalid if they emanate from a group of users who appear to have had knowledge of the outcome of such event/s and acted together to take advantage of such knowledge e.g. syndicated betting.
4.11 Any individual or group of individuals deemed to be working as a team (syndicate), who manipulate/s a promotion and/or bonus offer will have their account closed. Moreover, the transactions (bets) in question will not contribute to any promotion or bonus offer requirements.
Deposits, Transfers & Withdrawals
3.1 Deposits can be made into the account by bank transfer, credit card, Moneybookers, Entropay, PaysafeCard, Ukash and/or FirstGate. The name on the credit card or the bank transfer has to be identical to that on the account receiving the funds. If this is not the case the deposit will be rejected and the funds paid back. Any charges levied by the banks/payment gateways will be deducted from the reversed amount.
3.2 Deposits by credit card are limited to €1000.00 (one thousand Euros) per day. For each withdrawal via credit card (if available) and depending on the country where you transfer the money, an administrative charge of €2.00 (two Euros) will be levied.
3.3 Minimum deposits:
* Deposits made by MasterCard, Visa or Entropay are of €15.00 (fifteen Euros) Euros.
* Deposits made via Click and Buy are of €10.00 (ten Euros).
* Deposits made by bank transfer, PaysafeCard, Ukash or Moneybookers must be of a minimum of €1.00 (one Euro).
3.4 Funds deposited must be utilised for the placing of bets or for the stake on games at WINunited. Any suspicious activity on an account could lead to the user being reported to the relevant authorities, freezing of the funds and even the closure of the account.
3.5 Bonus credits can be placed into a users account as part of a marketing campaign. These credits cannot be withdrawn/paid-out but must be used for the placing of bets. A bonus credit must be used within two months of it being credited to the account or else it will expire. A bonus credit accorded by WINunited has to be wagered 5 times (please go to the Special Terms and Conditions of the promotion) on bets before withdrawals can be claimed. Withdrawals are limited to the amount available on the betting account. Special bonus conditions, that the user has to read and accept, apply. These terms are shown separately.
3.6 Funds cannot be transferred from the account of one user to the account of another user.
3.7 The user can at any time log in to his account and view a statement of his account which would show all transactions affected, namely deposits, bonus credits, winnings, bets and withdrawals. Should the user notice any mistakes he/she should notify WINunited immediately in written form so that the mistake can be rectified. The user has to report such
