Subject to the relevant terms and conditions, the player/customer may realise any winnings gained on the casino, poker or skill games platforms, by crediting his/her (betting) account after exchanging chips.
Any payout to the player/customer may therefore be only made to his/her (betting) account kept at Interwetten Malta Ltd. Each sports bet has two parties – the bookmaker (= Interwetten Malta Ltd., The Globe Building 120, The Strand, Gzira, GZR 1027 Malta “Interwetten”), on the one hand, which accepts bets on sports events in accordance with the permit granted to it, and the player/customer, on the other hand.

Whenever a player/customer strikes a bet, s/he accepts the validity and applicability of these Terms and Conditions as well as the applicable terms for promotions, special offers and bonuses, as amended from time to time.

The legal relationship between the player/customer and Interwetten shall be governed by Maltese law. Any and all disputes in connection with each bet shall only be settled by the competent court having local and subject-matter jurisdiction in Valetta (Malta).
Upon placing his/her bet, the player/customer confirms that s/he has reached the age of 18 or such legal age as s/he must have reached under the laws governing betting that are applicable to him/her and that s/he does have no knowledge of the outcome of the respective sports event. Any customer/player using our services, who is identified as underage, shall have all his winnings forfeited and his (betting) account shall be blocked immediately.
Any and all information provided to Interwetten by the player/customer must be correct and complete. The player/customer undertakes to notify Interwetten without delay in the event that any information provided to Interwetten becomes incorrect or incomplete.
Interwetten reserves the right to cancel any bets as well as winnings, block betting accounts and retain payments to the player/customer if any information given to Interwetten by the player/customer turns out to be incorrect or incomplete. The player/customer is liable for any damage and costs arising out of false or misleading information. If any deliberately false or misleading information is furnished, any and all transactions on the betting account shall be declared invalid.
Online gambling may be illegal under the laws of your country of residence or abode. In such a case, you may not make use of the bookmaker’s betting services. Interwetten will not assume any liability whatsoever in this regard and will not reimburse the player/customer for any disadvantages suffered by him/her as a consequence of the violation of any legal provisions that may be applicable to the player/customer. Interwetten reserves the unlimited right to not offer certain forms of payment in designated countries and/or to certain customers. Notwithstanding, funds just paid in the (betting) account but not used once shall as a general rule be paid out in the same manner (credit card, bank transfer, IW-points etc) the deposit occurred; in order to validate the identity of the player/customer, Interwetten has the exclusive and unfettered right to decide, that withdrawals may be made only by bank transfer. We would like to point out that for all deposits and payouts, an administration fee of up to 3% may be levied to cover the arising transaction fees. The player/customer will not be reimbursed in arrears for any differences between the amount credited and the amount debited from his/her credit card resulting from exchange rate fluctuations and bank charges by the bank issuing the credit card.
Interwetten will require the player/customer to submit certain documents as proof of identity for reasons of security. Interwetten reserves the right to retain any winnings until the required documents are submitted. Please send us the following documents:

Interwetten reserves the right to refuse any bets submitted to us or limit the stake, without giving a reason.
The bookmaker will accept a bet duly placed by the player/customer by mouse-click, subject to the Sports Betting Terms and Conditions, provided that sufficient funds are available/secured in the betting account, without issuing a confirmation, at the corporate seat of the company. Any later correspondence (e.g. notices, account information, etc.) of the bookmaker will not have any effect whatsoever on the previous conclusion of contract with legal effect at the place of the bookmaker.
A bet accepted in such a manner may not be changed or cancelled by the player/customer in arrears. The bookmaker, however, reserves the right to cancel any bets up to the start of the event, without giving any reason therefore. After an event has started, Interwetten may cancel any bets provided that the player/customer is in violation of the Sports Betting Terms and Conditions as applicable from time to time, in particular if s/he is under suspicion of manipulation/rigging or suspected of acting in collusion or forming a syndicate of customers, keeping duplicate gaming accounts or using front men for placing bets.
Only the records kept by the bookmaker will be relevant as concerns the content of all bets. A statement of account may only be modified to remedy an obvious error and/or a typographical error or an error in calculation.
Only the amount registered and/or confirmed by the bookmaker will be regarded as the stake.
Under no circumstances will Interwetten be liable for any damage caused by any incorrect, delayed, manipulated/rigged or abusive transfer of data via the internet. Interwetten will take any technologically and financially reasonable action so as to protect the user information saved by Interwetten, but will not be liable if third parties obtain control of, or process, user information despite such action being taken. It is agreed by common consent that no claims for damages may be asserted against Interwetten in any such connection.
When handling the information pertaining to the player/customer, Interwetten will observe the relevant statutory data protection provisions. All data will be processed in an automated manner and only be disclosed to third parties according to the Privacy Policy or subject to the written approval of the player/customer unless such disclosure occurs vis-a-vis companies, being part of the Interwetten-Group, such as subsidiaries of Interwetten Malta Ltd, its shareholders and their respective subsidiaries, or such disclosure is imperative under the legal provisions as applicable from time to time or necessary for pursuing any claims of Interwetten in connection with sports bets, or if necessary or appropriate to scrutinize circumstances indicating fraudulent behavior or activity. In this regard, Interwetten reserves the right to report to the relevant authorities or organizations, which are engaged in scrutinizing fraudulent behavior, upon transactions/activities indicating potential criminal activities. As regards other aspects of privacy, Interwetten guides the customers´/players´ attention to the Privacy Policy.
The transfer of data for online gaming requires the use of codes (username and password) chosen by the player/customer himself/herself. Username and password chosen by the player/customer shall be robust enough and kept secret. Players/Customers shall at all times remain responsible for maintaining and protecting the secrecy of their betting account. Customers should not allow third parties access to or use of their account. Interwetten will not be liable for any abuse of the betting account through the use of the player’s/customer’s username and password by third parties. Further, Interwetten shall not be liable for any losses incurred by a customer/player due to the use of the betting account by any third party and such losses shall not by refunded by Interwetten.
We expressly state that the username and the password must be kept secret and confidential as all transactions via the account for which the username and password must be entered will be for the account of the player/customer.
The username and password should never be disclosed to third parties. It is the player’s/customer’s sole responsibility to keep his/her username and password secure. The player/customer cannot make any claims whatsoever from a third party unlawfully placing bets by using his/her password and username.
Interwetten proceeds on the assumption that each person logging into the system with the correct combination of username and password actually is the lawful account holder/player/customer. It is in particular not permissible to place bets for the account of others, on the betting accounts of third parties, by forming syndicates of players or in conspiracy with third parties. Interwetten reserves the right to close betting accounts, cancel bets and retain the payment of funds if the account holder has made his/her account available to third parties, places bets on behalf of or in the name of third parties, in conjunction with third parties, in groups/syndicates of players, or in violation of other provisions of the General Terms and Conditions or the Sports Betting Terms and Conditions.
Interwetten reserves the right to close any betting accounts of players/customers at any time without giving any reasons therefore. Should any player/customer open another betting account in his/her own name or in someone else’s name or in conjunction with one or several persons after his/her account was closed/limited for any reason whatsoever, Interwetten reserves the right not only to close those accounts but also, at any time, to cancel any bets placed.
Interwetten further reserves the right to cancel any bets in particular if there is a justified suspicion of an event or a bet placed thereon being manipulated/rigged or a suspicion of circumventing the maximum win/stake.
Interwetten allows you to open only one account per person. The use of identical e-mail addresses in various Interwetten accounts is prohibited. Should players/customers open additional accounts either in their own name or in the name of another person, Interwetten will be authorised to close those accounts, to cancel any transactions carried out or bets placed and call in any free money credited.
Further Interwetten does not permit its customers to act on behalf of another person or third party (in particular by way of betting, depositing of funds etc), to deposit funds originating from criminal activity, to deposit funds by using a credit card which a customer is not authorized to use, or knowingly receiving money from such card in any other manner colluding with a third party to do so or to use in any manner whatsoever their betting account or that of any third party for any criminal activity or illegal purpose.
Interwetten reserves the right to charge a processing fee on any deposits which were not, or only partly, spent on play should the player/customer wish to withdraw the funds. Such processing fee may amount to up to 10% of the amount deposited. Such a withdrawal will, as a rule, be made in the same manner as the respective deposit. In order to validate the identity of the player/customer, withdrawals may in certain cases be made only by bank transfer.
Each player/customer is obliged to read and acknowledge the Sports Betting Terms and Conditions as applicable from time to time before s/he places a bet.
Interwetten is unable to provide its players/customers any advice whatsoever in particular not in fiscal or legal matters.
If no transaction has been recorded on a betting account for at least thirty months, Interwetten is entitled to remit the balance to the player/customer or, if the player/customer cannot be satisfactory located or the details necessary to pay out the balanced are not available, to the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta in accordance with the Remote Gaming Regulations as applicable from time to time.
Any complaints or queries regarding the handling of any matter by Interwetten shall be addressed to support@interwetten.com. If the plaer/customer still feels that her/his matter has not been resolved to her/his satisfaction, the player/customer has the opportunity to turn to the lotteries and Gambling Authority (LGA), which can be reached via the e-mail address complaints@lga.org.mt.
