888sport, one of the world's most popular online gaming entertainment companies announces that its board of directors have recommended the payment of a final dividend of 2.9 cents per share in respect of the year 2008 to holders of 888's ordinary shares.

Subject to shareholder approval of the dividend at the Annual General Meeting of 888sport to be held on 20 May 2009, the board of directors have approved a record date of 8 May 2009 and a payment date of 28 May 2009. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 6 May 2009.

Holders of shares in certificated form and those holders of depositary interests will receive the dividend in pounds sterling. Conversion between the declared USD rate and GBP will take place on 25 May 2009.
